When phone stops receiving texts

Ever been in that situation, not being able to receive texts. You can get through calling, people receive your texts, but you don’t receive theirs. Phone stopped receiving texts but could give texts. Phone could give and receive calls.

What to do

• Call other friends/people who’re reliable
• Apologise for not replying to their replies in text
• Investigate & clear old messages, data
• Clear out photos and videos (if it allows)*
• Set it to factory settings (make sure your contacts are saved to SIM, keep an address book, keep data (pictures, videos) saved OFF PHONE )USB stick))

Conclusion

When you send texts and don’t receive a reply, it can feel like people don’t like you. When they reply and don’t get a reply, they may likewise think you don’t like them. Receiving texts is a MUST. If your phone doesn’t receive texts despite clearing messages; factory settings. Follow the measures. People don’t dislike you if you’re in this situation.

Don’t leave people out (night out)

Ever been at the end of a table when people you’re with bump into people they know in a crowded bar and you’re there with no-one. I felt ignored trying to join in with conversations. left (despite a good evening) & walked 40 minutes home (due to taxi being 40 minute queue which I didn’t fancy).

If you leave people out, they’ll think you don’t like them & don’t want them around.

Why people leave (why I left)

They felt left-out and ignored.

Why they may be in a sour mood (& want to tuck into wine)

They may think you don’t like them & that people they’re with don’t like them & have that thought in their min.

Is that (leaving people out) intentional?

If the answer is ‘no’ you’re forgiven. If the answer is ‘yes’ you’re shitty people (the strangers are at least, not friends).

In conclusion

I left when a stressful situation came, at the end of table, friends in pairs nattering. Trying to chime into conversations. Horrible thoughts; I’M SHIT AT MEETING PEOPLE (not funny), they’re all better than me. This is why I left. I feels like YOU’RE THE ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD that’s in that situation at the time.
